I’d absolutely recommend TTMC. I think in terms of outsourcing a new business team, we would definitely do it again if we were looking to do it with other parts of the business. I think in terms of keeping a new business team motivated and keeping them goal orientated, that isn’t necessarily an easy thing to do but that is certainly what TTMC do really, really well and it has had really strong positive results.
