Áine is a strategic and creative marketing and communications leader with over 25 years’ global experience. As CMO for Marsh McLennan UK, Áine is responsible for marketing and communications strategy for Marsh and Mercer. Leading the combined marketing & communications teams for Marsh and Mercer, she works with the CEO and practices leaders, to develop strategic marketing and communications programmes, aligned with business objectives to increase market visibility, enhance client engagement and drive commercial success.

Áine’s Marsh McLennan career began as the CMO for Mercer UK, having joined on the acquisition of JLT in 2019, where she was Marketing & Bids leader for the JLT EB business. Prior to JLT, Áine led global Financial Services Marketing at PwC. Áine’s career began in sales and business development roles in the media and publishing sectors and it’s this sales experience that ensures a commercial focus to how she develops marketing plans.
