Early in his career James held management roles at Dentsu Aegis and Havas. He joined Infectious Media in 2014 as account director and went on to become strategic lead for all clients. At the end of 2020 Infectious Media joined with marketing services company Kepler, with James taking on the role of leading the EMEA consultancy business, providing clients with strategic, operational and educational support.
