The event is taking place at the Excel Exhibition Centre in London

  • Is there a cloakroom at the event?

Yes, there are two cloakrooms operated by Excel located on the boulevard where you can leave your belongings.

One cloakroom is in the west end of the venue on level 0 by N4/S4 and one in the east end on level 0 and are open during event hours.

There is a fee of £1 per item for coats and luggage - please be aware they cannot store cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices.

  • How do I register for B2B Marketing Live London?

Registration isn't open yet, but if you complete the pre-registration form on our website, we will contact you when registration officially goes live! 

 

  • What is the cancellation/refund policy?

  • Are there group discounts available?

We will have group discounts available. Once registration is live, we will have more information available on this.

 

  • Can  I register at the door?

Yes, you can register on the day of the event; however, we advise registering prior to the event to avoid any additional costs.

 

On the day

 

  • Is there an app for the event?

Yes, we will have an official event app for the event. More information will be available closer to the event date.

 

  • What is the dress code?

We don't have a dress policy! Most people attend in their usual work attire, but make sure you wear comfy shoes as you will want to walk around the show floor and it can be a long day!

Visa Policy

 

  • How do I obtain a Visa letter?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue letters of invitation to visitors for Visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the form you will receive a confirmation email, which should be sufficient for Visa applications.
