Exhibitor passes are for stand personnel who are working on the stand. Colleagues who are simply visiting the event, and do not require out of hours hall access, should register as a visitor on the event website.
Please ensure your event team register independently giving them the opportunity to read the necessary safety policies. Registering in advance will also ensure they can avoid queuing at the event entrance.
All contractors wishing to gain entry to the Hall during Build-Up and Breakdown must complete this form to confirm you have read and understood the Site Rules and CDM regulations.
ACCESS
· Please ensure that your event teams and contractors are prepared and register in advance; displaying their pass whenever they are within the halls.
· All attendees will be emailed a registration code to scan at the entrance so the registration process is contactless.
